About BPC-157

A widely-used reconstitution choice is 5mg vial + 2mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL concentration, which gives a 10-unit draw for a 250mcg dose. This concentration leaves enough volume for accurate draws on a U-100 insulin syringe and means a single vial provides 20 doses at 250mcg each.

BPC-157 dosing observed in research literature

Reported research-literature dose ranges for BPC-157 in subcutaneous administration to laboratory animals fall predominantly in the 200โ€“500 mcg range per administration. Higher doses up to 1mg per administration appear in some published studies; lower doses around 100mcg also appear.

Storage and shelf life

  • Reconstituted with bacteriostatic water: typically stable refrigerated (2โ€“8ยฐC) for approximately 28 days. The 0.9% benzyl alcohol in BAC water provides bacteriostatic action that gives reconstituted peptides their multi-week shelf life.
