Universal peptide & nootropic dose calculator

i

Standard research pen format: 3 mL total volume, 300 clicks per pen. That’s fixed โ€” so the only thing that changes is how many mg are in your specific pen. mg per click = your pen’s mg รท 300.

Vial mode: for lyophilised powder vials you reconstitute yourself with bacteriostatic water. Tell us the vial mg, how much BAC water you added, and your target dose โ€” we work out the exact volume to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.

About TB-500

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein. The TB-500 fragment corresponds to the active region of the parent molecule. It is supplied as a research-grade lyophilised powder and is studied in tissue-repair and angiogenesis research literature. TB-500 is unscheduled under the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and is not licensed as a medicine in the UK or any other jurisdiction.

In published research literature, TB-500 has been examined in studies relating to tendon, ligament and muscle tissue repair, cellular migration, and wound-healing pathways. It is commonly stacked with BPC-157 (the Wolverine research stack) in published recovery protocols.

TB-500 dosing observed in research literature

Reported research-literature dose ranges for TB-500 in subcutaneous administration to laboratory animals fall predominantly in the 2โ€“2.5 mg range per administration, with administration typically twice per week for the first 4โ€“6 weeks of a research protocol, followed by a single weekly administration as a maintenance schedule. Total weekly TB-500 of 5mg is the commonly-described starting protocol.

These figures are reported here for completeness of the research-literature picture and do not constitute a dosage recommendation.

Half-life and frequency

TB-500’s longer subcutaneous half-life (reported at 2โ€“4 days in animal studies) is what enables the weekly or twice-weekly research-administration pattern. This is meaningfully longer than BPC-157, which is why combined Wolverine-stack protocols often run BPC-157 daily alongside TB-500 weekly.

Storage and shelf life

Lyophilised TB-500 powder is stable refrigerated at 2โ€“8ยฐC for 12โ€“24 months unopened, longer at -20ยฐC. Reconstituted with bacteriostatic water it is stable refrigerated for approximately 28 days. With sterile water (no preservative) only 24โ€“48 hours.

Frequently asked questions

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 5mg TB-500 vial?

Most research protocols use 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for a 5mg vial, giving a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL. This produces a 10-unit draw on a U-100 insulin syringe for a 2.5mg target administration.

How often is TB-500 administered in research?

Most published research protocols describe twice-weekly administration for 4โ€“6 weeks (the loading phase), then once-weekly maintenance. Some protocols use a single weekly dose throughout.

What is the Wolverine stack?

The Wolverine stack is a combined BPC-157 + TB-500 research protocol. Both compounds are studied in tissue-repair contexts; the stack is the most-researched recovery combination in published literature. See our Wolverine stack page for the multi-compound calculator.

How long does TB-500 last after reconstitution?

Approximately 28 days refrigerated when reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. With sterile water (no preservative) only 24โ€“48 hours.

Is TB-500 legal in the UK?

TB-500 is not a controlled substance under the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. It is sold as a research-grade compound for laboratory use only. It is not licensed as a medicine and is not approved for human consumption.

What is the difference between TB-500 and Thymosin Beta-4?

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of the larger Thymosin Beta-4 protein. The TB-500 fragment corresponds to the active region of TB4 that is most-studied in research. The names are often used interchangeably in research literature, though they are not chemically identical.
